To compliment your taste pallets, the show concludes with a musical performance by a Canadian artist.

Neil Siomra

Neil Siomra is the owner and chef of Pallucci Restaurant, opening in 2000 with his wife Michelle, located in the heart of North Toronto.
Neil has appeared on several television shows such as Marty and Avrum's Moveable Feast and most recent is one of the co-hosts on Beer Buddies which currently airs on Sun TV, Men TV.

450g   capellini (angel hair) pasta
6   cloves of garlic , chopped
3   fresh tomatoes (10mg), diced
1   white cooking onion, sliced
1   large whole tomato
10oz   fresh goat cheese
15   strips of sun-dried tomatoes

Poultry (e.g. chicken, turkey, duck) - pieces 74°C (165°F)
Poultry - whole 85°C (185°F)
